In order to maintain and protect coverage of the applicable wear and stain warranty, the owner must;
In the event that Allied deem that the carpet requires replacement, Allied will not, unless otherwise required by consumer legislation, be liable or otherwise responsible for the cost of furniture and fitting removal. Allied will not accept liability or responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses of and kind, whether
resulting from the willful negligence of Allied or not, even if Allied has been advised of the possibility of such potential loss or damage.
In the event it is deemed that the carpet purchased does not meet the warranty requirements, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your carpet fails to perform in accordance with a warranty applicable to the carpet, Allied may offer to repair, replace, refund or offer an allowance or arrange a credit equal to the cost of the carpet material only, in the affected area. The credit will apply only to a new carpet of the same or comparable quality, manufactured by Allied, depreciated as set out in the applicable warranty table.
